recomp hq contains 2 fully equipped, private gyms. the clients gym is exclusively for clients on our programs and diets. there is 24/7 access using biometric id. there are ipads on the walls to access your program. you choose the music to play using pandora streaming to our premium bang & olufsen speakers.

there are no memberships so there are no members to compete with. there are no novices wasting time on the equipment you want. there is no lady gaga on the radio. just a gym full of premium recomp series equipment designed for serious training.
